Newbie post: Kraken x62 on AIO_PUMP with RGB fans. Should I plug my pump into CPU_Fan?

I am running on a Maximus X Hero. I plugged my pump into AIO_FAN, but my radiator fans are connected to a TT fan controller attached to an internal USB 2.0. As it stands, I have nothing plugging into CPU_FAN and thusly am getting a BIOS warning unless I select to ignore fan warnings. I am new to all this, and am wondering what suggestions you may have for how to configure my radiator fans to respond to CPU temps in light of my current configuration.
