Sugar and carbohydrates contribute to hormone changes?

Ever since the 1970s, they've been claiming dietary fat causes obesity, so they took it out of foods and replaced it with sugar and high-fructose corn syrup based on the government's advice and the sugar industry's relentless propaganda to make fat look like the villain. Since then, the rate of obesity has gone up and so has the rate of autism. I have been looking up this stuff in relation to food, but after I started to see the transcult start to impose its will over everything (it took gays decades to obtain political power and influence of that magnitude, but even then there were fewer attacks on language, science and biology) and after I actually talked to trans people and saw websites about "feminizing" that said high-carb diets would help do it, it all started to make sense to me.

Does anyone else see the connection? This article, for instance, is aimed at men and suggests that certain foods are not good for testosterone levels:

The suggestions corroborate with this site (a WhoIs.com search showed it originates from a protected client in Panama) that suggests basically the same types of foods to become MTT:

Something is up. I'm almost starting to believe the food industry is in on this as well. They buy the commercials that air on the same mainstream media outlets that promote this.
