Thanks so much to Pixonic who restored my lost account. I was sure my time and effort had all been lost due to my stupidity, and their efforts to recover my account have earned Pix my respect despite all the recent controversy. I will say, in light of the gold refund and this, that while their changes may seem poor at times, their customer support is far superior to any other games I have played before.
