PC is making weird noises after Case and cooler swap. please help

So I swapped my phanteks eclipse 400 and corsair h110i into a fractal meshify c and a cryorig h7. The only issue is that i'm now getting a weird static/ground feedback. To better describe it, it sounds like faint but noticeable scratches. I tested all case fans, gpu fans, hard drive, and h7 cooler but none of those components seem to be emitting the noise. It's driving me nuts.

Also rest of specs: MSI gaming m3 motherboard, intel i5 6700k, 16gb trident rgb ram, evga 600w bq psu mounted fan down, asus dual 1060 6gb
