Should I Start Over?

So, it's been yearrrrssss since I played Dragon's Dogma(pre Dark Arisen on PS3)and when it came out on PS4 I got it as soon as I got paid. So I've already got about 50+ hours in and nearly level 60. I did my pawn as mage and then sorc and myself as strider and then magick archer. Not leveling a magick class has obviously hurt my overall magick and my sorc has very little survivability. I just started a NG+ can I level other classes in it and get my stats going better or should I just start completely over? (I may wanna change myself to MK sometimes too. I get bored of playing ranged sometimes)
