Help! Sound cutting in and out after update

I’m using SPDIF out, since the big update all movies or shows sound will randomly cut out for a second and come back. It happens like every 10-20 seconds. I tried change to Mx player and VLC it didn’t change anything. I tried changing from PCM and DTS setting on my receiver that didn’t help.
