Bot that copies messages from one server to another with parameters?

If there a bot that will copy messages from one server to another only if certain parameters are met. Im currently in a server that spits out locations but isnt very generalized. Does it for the whole city but i want it to be only my town. So im looking for a bot that can read the message and copy it to my server only if it meets a certain parameter (In my general area).
