Wrongfully banned account

On Oct 21st, my account was disabled for "cheating" on one of their games, but I have no idea why. I don't even have the knowledge of to start cheating on fortnite. Has anyone else had this problem and how would i go about getting unbanned or do i need a new account?

If they know about this since the 10th, why was I still unable to get unbanned
