Argonian's Quick to Mend and Twilight Matriarch

In all simulators I have tried, the heal bonus of Quick to Mend is not applied to the Twilight Matriarch heal. This would lead me to believe it doesn't work on it. I don't have a way to test this, unfortunately.

Please, someone who can, test this in game to see.
