Newest Windows 10 update screwed my laptop....

I got the latest windows update... and now I'm having some problems. I hadn't done anything out of the ordinary with my laptop, but after the update my google chrome (default browser) now has a homepage of esurf.biz ? I've done everything to to removing any homepage stuff and chrome extensions to prevent this, but nothing has worked. It also now sometimes opens google chrome to some kind of adult sex video game link that is clearly some kind of malware. In attempt to find, and uninstall, i mistakenly uninstalled my RealTEK audio HD driver as well and would love some help in getting that back... Anyone know any answers? :(
