Tv fell over now computer won't work?

Okay so my computer was connected to my tv via hdmi and my tv fell over with computer running. Every other device that was connected to the same power source and tv works fine, even my external hard drive but the tv no longer works. The hdmi connections to everything but the computer was severely damaged as well. I also use surge protector boards which weren't tripped however the circuit for the apartment was.

Now my computer will turn on but only gets as far as the log in screen (windows) without the graphics card plugged in.. with the graphics card nothing happens. My graphics card is the GEForce GTX 1060, my computer is only 6 months old so everything should be under warranty but would still like some advice as to what's wrong.

Edit: did a safe reboot and managed to log in (graphics card plugged in but display connected to motherboard) however it still isn't completely right
