Any good haunted or abandoned places in Halifax?

Anything from abandoned warehouses to haunted buildings, looking for more "open" places that aren't tours or official tourist traps like the citadel ghost walk. Of course, I'm also open to any general history that may incite the paranormal as well, such as ufo sightings, strange cases, stuff like that. Just curious, not looking to start a cult or anything. Thanks.
