Recent MIS Graduate - Is this job even worth it?

Hi everyone, I just recently graduated this May with my bachelors in MIS and have been throwing out resumes ever since. I interviewed and was finally offered a position for a "Help Desk Technician" position at a company that deals with logistics in the trucking industry.

From what they have told me i'll be working with providing support for a certain product they sell to trucking companies and i'm not entirely sure if this would benefit my IT career? Should I take this position (which really seems like just a glorified call center representative position) or should I try and find a help desk position that actually deals with computers and printers etc. I would like to actually work with databases and potentially become a DBA.
