I relapsed today but I have learned a new lesson from it.

Hi All, I relapsed today without porn after a 5 day streak but I have learned new lessons from this relapse.

The lessons:

1. Never touch yourself expect for peeing and be carefull when washing your private part during bathing time as this can lead to relapse. This is what happened to me today leading to relapse.

2.Always be carefull during moments of joy and happiness as it lead to feeling of overconfident during nofap and can end with a relapse.

3.I have learned to take deep breaths and avoided binge fapping during my relapse today.
