does putting an "i" infront of another word potentially infringe Apple's trademark/ copyright
I am considering a branding choice that would be ixxxx where xxxx is a common English word. Could this potentially infringe Apple's rights.
I see there is an iTube, iWant for example that are not Apple products, but maybe its just too small for them to care.
if we got big could apple have a claim of 'passing off' or any other breach of their rights?
i suppose US law is most relevant even if we are based elsewhere we would be a global product.
