Studying and low quality courses
So I decided to take history classes (high school level) after a two-year break. I'm super motivated, but attending to the class is really discouraging.
We have a strict timetable for the class. Therefore our instructor has decided to do the worst: rush through the lesson, talking full-speed non-stop in a monotonous way while a slide show in the back goes just as fast as her speech.
Absolutely no time to take notes. Thinking about recording the lesson, though. What is the best way to self-study history and take the most out of a course like this?
Edit: mixed up high school and college. European here
