Detecting and treating outliers in GLM binomial family

Hi there! I have doubts about how to deal with outliers. I'm working with epidemiology, my dependent variable is cancer stage, independent variables are: age, weight, parents country. I'm using multivariate analysis with glm. I'm not sure if I really need to exclude outliers, as my data is from observations. i) In case I need to remove outliers, what should I do first?, quantitative variables standardization? or removing outliers? In this case there're almost 2 patients with high weight. ii)Is there a way more recommended to deal with outliers for logistic regression? I've been looking at residuals plots after univariate models (for each dependent variable), but also I'm working with multivariate glm, is it the same procedure?
