RPX frozen in time and space.......

So based on my research it would appear that I cannot move my RPX from my Neon wallet until the functionality is built in to do so.....The phrase in mind rhymes with 'clucking bell'. Any ideas of when this might happen? Looks like I am a medium term Hodler by default!
