Fire bug

Ever since the Jungle Inferno update was released i've had this strange problem where I cant see fire. Whenever I fire my flamethrower as pyro I can hear the noise but i cant see the flames. This is kind of annoying too me. I also cant see the Thermal thruster taunts flame either. Can someone help me fix this problem? Btw I have already reinstalled the game twice and looked through the settings. Thanks!:)
