Can I run PUBG with the following specs?

Hello everyone, I'm thinking in buying PUBG. I read that the optimization in this game is a real problem. Do you guys think I can run PUBG with the following specs:

CPU: i7 4790k

RAM: 16GB 1600 MHz

GPU: GTX 970 4G 256bits

OS: Windows 7

Thanks, and have a nice day! (:
