How to ascend - the only possible way are surgeries

Hi,

I already had a couple surgeries, but my lower third is still receeding. Unfortunately my occlusion is ok so I can't get a BSSO. I visited multiple max-facs and they only tried to sell me implants or fillers which would look like shit.

I am not sure wtf I should do since the doctors refuse to do the only thing possible to fix my looks. I had a sliding genioplasty with 11mm advancement and it still wasn't enough. Thats how you can see how severe my condition is, and that it is not just a mental problem.
