Anyone have information about all the connectivity issues? Please help :(

Hi :)

I'm an Xbox player. Since release, the servers have been down every weekend without fail, sometimes for 3 days, and even when they weren't, I could only see half of my friends in the friends list and couldn't rent their pawns. Sometimes gamertag search doesn't work, sometimes summoning favorites doesn't work either, Hell, sometimes I get error messages when I talk to a vendor or roam around Grand Soren until I switch to offline mode. Obviously, when I try to sleep, I get a "The Dragon's Dogma services are unavailable" message, I get the spinning wheel of death, can't rent a pawn, and can't fight Ur Dragon online either. Every weekend.

And now it's been the same the entire week as well. During week days. Haven't been able to update my pawn for 3 days straight, nor rent a pawn. The only thing I can do is empty my cache, hard reboot, and then I can sleep once and sync my pawn (sometimes), but literally the next online action I try to do fails immediately and it's over.

Question 1: is it just me? Friends are reporting a lot of issues as well, but not nearly as bad as the ones I'm having.

Question 2: people are reporting Capcom cutting by half the number of servers the game is running on, creating huge traffic issues. Is this true?

Question 3: people are also reporting issues on many other games, apparently due to the last Xbox Live update, but I had trouble with the game since before the update applied. Do you guys have trouble on other games as well?

I'm trying to understand. DD is one of my favorite games ever, I'm pretty active in the community, people ask me daily for things regarding my pawn, theirs, or just items, and every day I have issues and send messages saying "Sorry, still can't connect, I hope tomorrow!". It's destroying my fun. DD might be a "small" game, but Capcom is one of the biggest developers and editors on the planet. How can something like this even happen? And also…

Question 4: is there any way at all to contact Capcom and ask what the Hell is going on? Capcom-Unity boards are completely dead, and I can't find a technical support, customer service email address, nothing.

How is it for you guys, and do you have any information, please?
