Stranger Things Season 2 on LG OLED

So I started watching The new Stranger Things season on my LG OLED B6 TV on Netflix in 4K Dolby Vision. What I would like to talk about are the black levels, cause I think their terrible. You already see it in the intro, the red titles with the black background which is more gray than anything. Most scenes at night look not that pleasing as well, sadly.

Now what I‘m wondering is, if this is due too Dolby Vision(which should improve the picture quality to my knowledge). Because when I compare the black levels to season 1, they are way better...

Is anybody noticing the same?
