Poweredge R610 IDRAC

Hi everyone, I recently purchased a used R610 off ebay. I wanted to try out idrac enterprise so I purchased an enterprise card and installed it. I went to settings and set the NIC to dedicated, but the port does not work. When I set it to LOM and go to the IP, its still showing as idrac express. Any idea how to enable enterprise on the dedicated nic? Thanks
