After a recent situation with my landlord I am hiring a lawyer to break away from the lease and move out due to having problems with them. After I’m out it would lower my monthly spending and increase saving and be able to pay back if all goes well quicker. If not the worse that can happen is just monthly payments. Either way I already spoke with a lawyer for a free consultant and was told either way I am getting some reparation. I don’t mind some low interest rate or pay a little extra.
