Looking for opinions on my GM screen PDF

I'm working on a homemade GM screen! to use for the SotDL campaign I am looking to start. Considering that I am both the only one with the books and said books are in PDF form I am going to need a very tight and concise GM screen to avoid having to flip through my phone or PC every few minutes looking up a rule. Is there anything that the subreddit thinks I should include that i may have overlooked? Some fat that could be trimmed?

TLDR: Working on my own GM screen. I am wondering if I missed something that should be included.
