It’s so frustrating when restaurants mess up your order

I ordered nachos from a vegetarian place to be delivered to my house. They offer a vegan option on the nachos and I asked for it, only for it to show up covered in cheese and sour cream. I called the store and they said that no one has any note of me saying to make it vegan, and the guy pretty much told me that it’s too bad and they’ll try make it vegan next time. No apology, no offer of a refund or anything. Ugh, I tried to pick off most of it, but the cream seeped through everything and it all just smells gross. I’m so disappointed
