[TOMT] A Program or Website That Could Tell You Song Is Playing?

I remember seeing this website or program back in 2015 I think. Basically it would scan a youtube video and tell you what each audio was throughout the video, like songs and beats that played in background of a video. I tried using it when it first came out however it didn't work. I have forgotten about it and I am wondering if someone can help me find out. Thanks
