Mouse sensitivity? The New Colossus

Hi guys. Is there any permanent way to change mouse sensitivity? 1 is too high for me and typing in m_sensitivity "0.85" in the console does the job, but the moment I open up the console my windows cursor appears and stays there during gameplay and it's really hard to play. Alt-tab doesn't solve this, so I was wondering if there is a CFG file or something that I can edit outside of the game so the sensitivity stays permanent?

Thanks in advance!
