Has anyone else's account nickname randomly been changed before?

I just logged into the game after a long time away and noticed my nickname has been changed to "NeoEnl"..

I don't know what that is, who that is, or how this could have happened considering my steam account is 2-step auth and there has been no suspicious activity whatsoever on anything related to my steam account or any game on it.

I just opened a ticket explaining my situation and confusion and I'm hoping to hear back an explanation. I tried to just change it back to the nickname I use in every single game and it says you get one free, after that you have to purchase one.

I'm curious if this has happened to anyone else that uses this forum?
