Do people get notified if videos, channel or comments are reported / restricted / removed? If yes, how?

Something I've been wondering for awhile and I've read different things on the matter - if someone reports a video, does the uploader get notified via email or their account dashboard? Or do they only get notified if their video is restricted / removed? If so, how?

Also, if people have their comments or channel removed if they're spamming or being abusive are they notified in any way?
