Why is Fiora getting no picks at worlds?

I don't understand why Fiora isn't getting picked at all?

we often have splitpushers like jayce or trundle popping up in the top lane to create pressure, we also have Duo tanks in the jungle and/or top and/or mid galio and/or support tanks.

In my opinion, as long as the team still has one Ardent user (either support or Karma midlane) and 2 tanks (jungle and either tank support or galio mid), then Fiora would be so strong in this meta.

That said, I'm enjoying the fact she's not getting banned as much in solo Q ;)

Any opinions?
