I hate Table Top RPGs and how theyre annoyingly pushed on everybody who mentions liking something remotley nerdy.

Ive never liked them! Im a major fan of Fantasy as a genre and enjoy RPG video games but almost every reason I enjoy those things is a reason I hate Table Top RPGs. And I hate how fans of these games get so goddamn pushy about it. I like Lord Of The Rings because it, in my opinion, is a literary masterpeice. telling me "its JUST like that but YOUR in it!!" isnt appealing to me in the slightest and just blatantly wrong. I also hate the smug "well you havent played with the right group" attitude. Its just a deflection of all the reasons ive (politley) given why I really dont want to go to your table or get into the game. I tried! I didnt like it.
