Please help before registration on Sunday

If any of you guys are psych majors/minors, could you clarify one of the requirements that I'm confused about. I would email an advisor, but they won't reply back in time for registration and I need to make sure I understand this one requirement in order to graduate.
For a minor in psychology, it says "Three of these must be selected from courses at the 300 level or higher, including one experimental course selected from CAS PS 322, 323, 324, 325, 326, 327, or 328." Does this mean that I would need three 300 level courses as well as an experimental psych course, or does the experimental psych course count as one of the three 300 level courses.
