Difference between Hemp & Cannabis extract?

So, I have tried a few oils over the past few months with mixed results. One thing is puzzling me though...I wanted to find out a bit about the actual ingredients. A few of my oils (CBD Brothers and Cannawell) use Hemp Extract. Whereas my Dutch natural Healing oil uses Cannabis.

Of course the two oils are different in regard to strength. But Is there an actual difference between the two (Hemp / Cannabis), or is it a case of semantics?

I don’t know if it’s psychological, but my Dutch oil makes me feel a bit happier, positive, mellow. Yet the CBD Brothers oil makes me relaxed but a bit moody / down. My Cannawell on the other hand, did absolutely nothing for me. I had to take a full dropper (about 10 drops!!) to notice any difference.

IF There is a difference, it seems that the Cannabis based oil is better. Can anyone recommend others they use his, instead of Hemp based oils?
