Remember, no gambling ^_^

With the new outfit "hidden" within RNG, i was one of those who wasted gold trying to get the helm, outfit was just an bonus, because i wanted to create a mini god of war (aka asura). But one of my friends told me, to wait, to have patience because the Wolfblood outfit was in the same RNG chests thing, and after one month and a half, they putted the outfit directly to bought from Gem Store.Even the shoulder was sold on gem store. The conclusion, if you truly want the outfit/helm, and don't want to wastes their gold/$$$, just have patience.They will eventually will put in the Gem Store,because after all, they will want to max their income; gamble and direct buy.

TL;dr : Don't be like me, just wait ^^
