Looking for Twitch Stream Reward Tips

So I have been away for a while and haven't been able to do the Twitch rewards thing. Can anyone tell me what I should search for in Twitch to get the most rewards in the least amount of time possible? I am completely lost in this and I heard some significant changes came to the Rewards system couple of days back. Thanks
