Low-key UK forwarding service?

Hi! I'm trying to buy things online from the UK. I've gone through a few forwarders, most recently AnPosts Address Pal, but none of them ever seem to work. Today I got a "we are unable to deliver orders to any mail forwarding (etc etc)" from one online retailer.

Do you guys know of a shady forwarder that pretends to be a bloke?
