Getting a TA?

Hello! I’m a Masters student with the CE Department and I started this fall. How likely is it for a Masters student to get a TA? Say for something like CE 12 or CE 16?

I heard that usually only PhD students get them but I thought of applying anyway! Does anyone have any insight?

Edit: I am an international student, but I have a TOEFL of 119 if that matters.
