Does it annoy anyone else that some players are wearing wrong MLB team caps on the jumbotron?

Firstly, I must acknowledge this game does the little things extremely well. It's been one of the hallmarks of the franchise since inception.

However the fact that some players are pictured in the wrong caps is a frustrating oversight (or perhaps it's a contracting/licensing issue). Take the Ian Kinsler breakout card for example - when batting at a stadium that has player images on the jumbotron (such as Chase Field or GABP), he's wearing a Tigers cap despite the card (the Rangers epic reward), being from his time in Texas.

As I said, it may be licensing and not having access to older headshots, but I would have thought a photo of the card might be better than a player wearing the wrong gear?
