Odirniran bug

I've got a bug with the odirniran quest for house telvanni. I checked uesp and tried the console commands but only the additem ones worked. The setjournalindex command didn't seem to do anything. I typed exactly what the uesp page said. Anyone know why the command didn't work or what I could do to make it work?
