Lagging out of nowhere - anyone else?

Yo just a short notice, I am all of it sudden starting to sort of "building up" lag in the game. It only appears in open areas, and it just feels like getting worse and worse. I know for sure it isn't my PC as of what I see on performance, heat etc. and it is fully up to date with speccs. My friend is having the exact same lags, started y-day for me. I am not sure of exact FPS running at the point since I am afraid of overlays now, but it feels like having 20-25 FPS.

GTX 970

i7-7700 4,2Ghz

16GB RAM DDR4

To fix it I just simply have to reload the game, but really annoying since it just comes back at some point
