Is this type of pa piercing practical ?

I want this type of piercing because peeing will be possible standing up. Easy to hide in case of accidental exposure.

And two PAs!!! Yay yay!!

But i want to ask is it practicle ? Would there enough space to pass urine ? And this curved barbell is very small, where I can buy it ?
