I can't seem to get my WiFi LED Controller to show it's SSID on any devices. Not sure what could be the problem.

I bought these lights on eBay:

The wired controller worked fine.

I replaced the wired controller with the WiFi LED Controller but the device seems to not be broadcasting any SSID because I cant find it on an ipad or an android device.

I opened the WiFi Led Controller and there was no reset button. I have checked that the power wires are connected properly but can't tell if the device is receiving power or not.

How can I connect the "LEDnetxxx..." network when I cant see the SSID?
