What's the best way to bond metal charms to painted wood?
Hi all,
I made a frame for my friend by painting a wooden frame, glued some metal charms on it, and gifted it to him for his wedding. They loved it but the charms broke off while they were handling it. I used Aleen's tacky glue (clear) but I want something that will give it a more permanent bond. What's the best way to bond metal charms to a (painted) wooden frame?
I thought of trying e6000 or gorilla glue, but let me know your favorites for this specific application!
EDIT: Ideally it would be a clear-drying glue since it would be used on a photo frame.
