Founder of my clan personal contribution stuck at 2500/5000

I have literally done everything many times to get personal clan contribution points but it wont budge from 2500. Im currently 285 light on PC and missing out on this powerful engram for the week because I cant get the rest of these points. Is anyone else experiencing this or know how to fix it?
