Is Overmars good LS on 8 chem?

I could do his Prime SBC for around 180-200k (Already done Barcelona and Arsenal parts from Untradebles). I would start him at RW on 4-3-3 and switch to 4-3-1-2 in game and play him at Left Striker. Would he do the business with Reus at RS and Prime Costa at CAM?

Edit: On 7 chem I mean :)
