Ubisoft support and the Ubistore are a joke

There are many of us in the UK who rather than having our game arrive on launch day we’re still tracking it to Germany. My copy still has not arrived at my local depot and it’s the day after. I will not be getting this game until Monday.

A similar thing happened in the US with gamers not getting their games until Monday. Ubisoft identified this problem and has made it right with some people.

They have yet to even address the problem in the U.K. They have not acknowledged it, apologised for it or anything. When I reached out to support I’m left with an unanswered ticket. The only response I’ve had about this whole debacle is exhibit A.

TL;DR: Don’t use the Ubistore
