What kind of pot is this?

It's metal for sure, but it doesn't seem to fit any of the Wikipedia descriptions found here.

The material is very rough and scratchy. It doesn't look like it was ever smooth. The handle reminds me of some cast-iron stuff but it doesn't look like a cast-iron pot to me.

EDIT: Only the handle is magnetic.
