Amd a8-9600 freesync support

Hello, does this apu support freesync over hdmi? Or is it just over displayport? Amd freesync pages or google arent giving me answers. only page that i found mentioning freesync and disployport is anandtechs. Can anyone else confirm/disapprove/expand my knowledge of freesync support and bristol ridge?
